At CoachingOurselves we work with 45 world renowned management professors and business thinkers to create 90-minute discussion modules on management themes. Our 90-minute discussion modules are used by facilitators, coaches and consultants around the world in 8 languages for team coaching, management and organizational development interventions.  CoachingOurselves sessions are the building blocks to programs that build trust, improve collaboration, and enable participants to share experiences and learn from each other.

I co-founded CoachingOurselves with Henry Mintzberg in 2007, and is now being used by thousands of managers in organizations around world.
